I'm the founder, and I run this fermentation kitchen in Bengaluru which has been inspired after many travels and cooking in different countries with chefs, aunties and nonna's. I love old fashioned food, quirky rustic flavours, its been a mainstay of at-home entertainment for me, a compulsory bottle in the back of your fridge. All my condiments and preserves come from rehabilitating heritage recipes from around the world, whether they be Levantine or East Asian and bringing these to you using natural methods of preservation.
